Biographie
Will Oldham wurde am 24. Dezember 1970 in Louisville, Kentucky geboren. Nachdem er sich zunächst in Hollywood als Schauspieler versucht und sein Studium an der Brown University abgebrochen hatte, kehrte er 1991 nach Kentucky zurück, um sich der Musik zu widmen. Seitdem veröffentlichte er sowohl unter seinem richtigen Namen als auch unter den Pseudonymen Palace Brothers, Palace Songs und Palace Music. Seit etwa 1998 veröffentlicht Oldham fast nur noch als Bonnie 'Prince' Billy.
